We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic and patient-centered team at Ocean Dental Care—an established, state-of-the-art cosmetic and family practice located in Ocean Beach.

Position Highlights:
4-day workweek (10 hours/day)
Paid vacation and sick leave
Competitive hourly pay ($21–$28 DOE)

Work Schedule (Alternative Work Week):
Monday: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Hold a current California RDA license and X-ray certification
Are committed to ongoing education and professional development
Bring a patient-focused mindset and outstanding customer service
Respect and support your teammates across all roles
Follow infection control protocols, patient care procedures, and sterilization standards with precision
1–2 years of experience in a dental practice (preferred)
Strong multitasking, organizational, and administrative skills
Proactive problem-solving and the ability to anticipate needs
A warm, professional, and positive demeanor in person and over the phone
