After a root canal, try to avoid biting down on food with the affected tooth. An easy way to prevent this is to stock up on soft foods that don't require much chewing! If you don't have soft food, be sure to avoid the affected tooth to prevent damage.

Be sure to rinse and cover your Invisalign® before eating! You may think that leaving your aligners uncovered isn't harmful, but leaving them in the open exposes them to harmful bacteria. Rinse before and after eating, and always cover your aligners when you aren't wearing them!
