This patient came to us frustrated by the uneven white spot lesions, discoloration, and years of old bonding patchwork on her front teeth. Over time, the bonding had stained and blended inconsistently with her natural enamel, creating a smile that looked patchy and distracted from her natural beauty.

Even after whitening, the contrast became more noticeable because the surrounding enamel brightened while the opaque areas remained. We conservatively treated this case with deep whitening of her entire smile and 4 custom layered veneers designed to mimic natural enamel translucency and texture.
