We are happy to announce that our office opened again as of May 18, 2020.
Because the safety of our patients during the COVID19 pandemic is of utmost importance to us, the following protocol will be in place.
Daily wellness screenings and temperature checks for all employees.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), high filtration masks, face shields, gloves and protective clothing for employees.
Social distancing procedures for employees and patients.
All persons entering our office will be required to wear a facial mask. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. All patients will be required to answer a brief questionnaire. If you have tested positive for COVID19, or are experiencing a fever, cough or shortness of breath your appointment will be rescheduled.
To limit the number of patients in our waiting room only scheduled patients will be allowed. We ask that unless you are accompanying a minor or are a caregiver that you remain outside. If you are entering with a patient you will be screened as well.
If you have an appointment that had been previously cancelled, we will be contacting you to reschedule.
