Basics —
• Strong conceptual skills
• Efficient technical capabilities (particularly InDesign)
• Knowledge of print production

Extras —
• Understand you’ll need to wear a lot of hats — we all do high level conceptual work and menial tasks
• We have deadlines and some of them are tight — being able to handle this type of stress is important
