What an incredible opportunity to learn from the best of the best 💯in customer experience! Learning all of the behind the scenes secrets of Disney’s processes, details, intentional planning and recovery were inspiring and motivating! ❤️

🦷We can’t wait to implement some of the changes we dreamed up to make each patient and family 🪥💕even more comfortable and welcomed into our relationship-based office!

🎃Plus… we even had the chance to see a parade on our ‘field experience’ 🏰
