Dr. Sharafi obtained his dental degree at the University of Maryland Dental School. He went on to finish his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at University of Maryland Medical Center and R. Adam Cowley Shock Trauma Center. Dr. Sharafi has trained extensively in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, orthognathic surgery, maxillofacial trauma surgery, facial cosmetic surgery, and benign head and neck pathology and reconstructive dental implantology.

Dr. Sharafi is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is a member of the American Dental Association, California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, San Diego Dental Society, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and Academy of Osseointegration

Dr. Sharafi is one of a handful of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in California who holds the California Cosmetic Surgery License due to his comprehensive training in cosmetics and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Sharafi is the surgical instructor of the BioHorizons TeethXpress Full Arch Courses and has a fellowship program for full arch treatment in his office. His passion is full arch rehabilitation and All-on-X procedure of which he has done over 3,500 arches in his career. Dr. Evans is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has a compassionate approach to patient care as he strives to ensure the comfort and trust that is expected in a doctor-patient relationship. Patients and staff enjoy his upbeat personality and jovial attitude - it is easy to see that he loves what he does!
Dr. Evans is a proud Veteran of the United States Navy where he completed multiple deployments aboard the USS Carl Vinson and the USNS Mercy Hospital Ship. Throughout his decade of service, he has had the distinct privilege of treating many of our heroes, both Sailors and Marines, as they returned from combat and overseas tours. 
After earning a BS from Brigham Young University-Idaho in Human Biology/Chemistry and a DMD from The University of Louisville School of Dentistry, Dr. Evans then went on to complete two residencies: a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton followed by Oral & Maxillofacial Residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego. Through his military and civilian practice, Dr. Evans has extensive experience and training in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implantology, orthognathic surgery, maxillofacial trauma and benign head and neck pathology.

Dr. Zandevakili is a board eligible oral and maxillofacial surgeon specializing in dental implantology, complex dentoalveolar surgery including dental extractions and bone grafting, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, head and neck pathology, and TMJ surgery.
After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California San Diego (UCSD), Dr. Zandevakili attended dental school at University of the Pacific (UOP) Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Dr. Zandevakili graduated dental school with the highest honors, including membership to the prestigious Tau Kappa Omega and Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor societies.
Following his graduation from dental school, Dr. Zandevakili completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Emory University School of Medicine, which is one of the leading research universities and a top-ranking hospital in the United States.
