Hello Friends of San Carlos Endodontics!
I seems as though this has turned into an annual greeting and I wish it was a bit more often. We have accomplished a great deal in this past year and want to share our growth with you. First, our new assistants as of the last post, Nhia and Jessy, both back-office workers have learned so much and have become very instrumental in helping us continue to give great, caring service to our patients and are great team players with the rest of the staff. They are happy, fun and very compassionate people and are doing a great job. Our loyal, extremely qualified long-term employees, Viet, Lilia and Ibeth are excelling at their prospective jobs also and are happy, healthy and thriving. We are in our tenth year of practice and going at a good pace. We have added a wonderfully competent, cheerful, and compassionate Endodontist. Dr. Anna Ratiner. Dr. Ratiner has had excellent training with Berkeley and Harvard under her belt but she also has had a lot of clinical experience as she has been in practice in San Franisco for over 15 years. Dr. Anna lives in San Carlos and has always wanted to own a practice and is desiring to buy into ours. This partnership allows us to offer more appointment times and just expand services as a whole. Of course, we still have our extremely capable and ever endearing Periodontist, Dr. Tran, who is building a wonderful surgical Perio practice with implant placement and IV sedation services available. Everyone works Saturdays so we can offer a weekend day to help give patients a time that may work into their schedules. We have updated the office with a new computer system with the ability to handle all the new requirements of security. We also are sticking to strick guidelines (Masks, Temperature checks, Covid tests for recent travelers, etc) that are passed down by the State regulations and highly recommended by the California Dental Association to make sure everyone is respected, comfortable and as healthy as can be during this extended time of ever-changing viruses. We'll text again soon and I will be posting the annual pumpkin contest photos to you to cast your vote. We appreciate all our followers and hope to have a more regular update.
