Dear Patients,
Dr. Curia and Dr. Chiang hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your health and safety.
Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued and we adhere to each agency’s recommendations.
You will see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff.
Prior to appointment:
Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office. If you are experiencing symptoms including: fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please reschedule your appointment.
Please bring a mask and a pen with you to the appointment.
Day of appointment:
When you arrive at the office, we ask you to please stay in your car. Please call our office to let us know you have arrived. A member of the staff will take your temperature and ask you to fill out a screening form. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if you are experiencing any symptoms.
A staff member will walk you from your car to your room.
