Assess our patients' oral health Duties are as follows:
Report finding to dentists, Chart all patient care and treatment plans. Take xrays , apply fluoride and teach patients Good Dental Oral hygiene. Also to ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination.

Office hours are as follows:

Monday-Wednesday 8am to 5pm
Thursday-8am-2pm.
Closed Friday-Sunday
Hours are flexible

RUSSO DENTAL CARE is seeking an entry level receptionist to complete our team. (Great location directly across from San Bruno Bart station, Caltrans and Samtrans.) Our ideal candidate is professional in appearance, a quick learner, able to multi-task, and communicates effectively with staff, patients, and other dental professionals.

Front office candidate:

He/she must be comfortable with computers and speaking on the phone, reliable, and have the ability to anticipate what is needed to be a vital member of our successful team. Candidates should be organized and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.

Flexible 20-32 hours/week.

Typical front desk dental office duties to be performed: answering phones, filing, greeting and scheduling patients, financial arrangements, and other front office duties.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Great interpersonal/customer service skills and a good attitude.
2. Ability to genuinely listen to and care about our patients.
3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
4. A team player able to receive instruction.
5. Bilingual English/Spanish--strongly preferred.
