A team from Inspire Dental recently returned from five days in Oaxaca, Mexico, where we had the opportunity to serve alongside a local missionary, spend time with families, and see firsthand both the beauty of this community and the needs they face every day.
One place that deeply impacted us was a Christian school serving children from 1st grade through high school. The teachers and leaders are pouring into these students, providing them with an education, sharing the love of Jesus, and investing in their future with the resources they have.
But there is a simple need we believe we can help meet right now.
Many of these children currently eat their meals sitting on the floor. We want to help provide tables and chairs so they can have a comfortable place to sit together, eat, learn, and build community. We also want to provide Bibles for the students so they can continue growing in their faith.
Our goal is to raise $4,500 to purchase tables, chairs, and Bibles for the school.
This is only the beginning of what we believe can become a long-term partnership.
Inspire Dental has a vision to one day help establish a dental clinic in this community, providing much-needed dental care to these children, their parents, and families throughout the area. That vision will take time, planning, prayer, and partnership.
But we don't have to wait until the clinic is built to start making a difference. We can bless them today.
Every gift, big or small, moves us closer to our goal. Together, we can give these children a place at the table, put God's Word in their hands, and remind them that there are people who see them, love them, and believe in their future.
