As a privately owned business we will continue to require all patients, customers, and staff members entering our facility to wear a face covering. Covid-19 health screenings/questionnaires, temperature checks, and universal precautions will continue until Texas reaches safety levels where the precautions can be lifted.

As the concern for COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in the San Antonio Metro Area grows and changes daily, I want to assure our patients our office will continue to stay open. As part of the CDC guidelines, and The President's Coronivirus Guidelines For America, dental offices are part of the Critical Infrastructure Industry.
At this time the nation has asked dental offices to remain open to manage dental emergencies. By doing our part to manage these dental emergencies we are protecting our patients from potential Emergency Room visits.
Our nation's Emergency Rooms need to stay available for the critically ill.

At this time to protect our staff and patients we have implemented additional safety protocols, which include:
- Screening all patients history for recent travel, and overall wellness
-Rescheduling all patients who are not feeling well with cold or flu like symptoms
-Requiring all patrons who enter the office building to use hand sanitizer (Instructions provided on proper technique)
- Requiring Temperature screenings of all patients seen in office

Our Office hours will be updated frequently to keep our patients informed of availability.

Dear 24th Street Family,
Dr. Ellysse Canales will be out for Maternity leave Sept 8th- Nov. 19th. Due too complications with her pregnancy, she will no longer be able to start new treatments after Aug.22, 2018. She will be available for consultations, finalizing crown cases and adjusting denture cases only. During this time Dr. Wendy Taylor will continue to serve our dental family with superior quality care.
We wish her a speedy recovery and look forward to her return Nov. 22,2018.
