🎃 It’s starting to look like spooky season at our office! 👻🕸️

Elsa is at it again with her amazing decorating talents—and our patients are in on the fun too! 🧡🖤 We love seeing everyone get into the Halloween spirit!

And with spooky season comes plenty of treats. 🍬 A few simple tips to keep those little smiles healthy:

🦷 Enjoy candy with or after a meal instead of snacking all day.
💧 Drink water afterward to help rinse away sugar.
🍫 Choose chocolate over sticky or gummy candies when possible.
🪥 Wait about 30 minutes, then brush well with fluoride toothpaste.

Halloween is meant to be fun—enjoy the treats, then take care of those teeth! 🎃🦷✨
