Our office will be opening back up to all patients on Monday April 27th, with a limited schedule to start. We are making a few changes to how we do business at this time as follows:

1) Until further notice, our office is not accepting walk in patients. If you need an appointment, please call us 801-966-9956.

2) If you bring multiple people to your appointment with you, but they don't have a dental appointment, those individuals must stay outside of the office building. The person that has the appointment will be allowed one person with them only. No exceptions. This is for everyone's safety at this time.

3) Please wear a face mask when you come to our office. If you do not have one with you, one will be provided for you.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call our office. We are following every protocol to keep our patients and staff safe during this time.

To all of our wonderful, loyal patients, it has been mandated by the Governor of the State of Utah that we are not able to treat any elective patients at this time. This includes all 6 month check ups and non emergency procedures. If you have a dental emergency, we will be here to treat you, so please call us. In the meantime, we will be making phone calls to put your appointments on hold through April 25th at this time. If this changes, we will let you know. Again, please call us with any emergencies or questions you may have. We are still here for each and every one of you. Thank you for your patience through this difficult time. Stay safe and be kind to each other.

Announcement: C Ray Coleman DDS is now taking payments online through our website. Go to crcdds.com and click on “make a payment” on the far left side of our home page. Please call us with any questions or if you need any help 801-966-9956. Also, we are still happy to take credit card payments over the phone or take payments by mail. We hope this makes life easier for everyone in the future. Thank you!
