I’m excited to share an incredible opportunity—and ask for your support.

My name is McKinley Reed, and I’ve been practicing as a dental hygienist at Mirci Dental for nearly two years. This October 2026, our office has the chance to travel to Tanzania to provide essential dental care to communities with limited access to treatment.

This humanitarian trip will allow us to relieve pain, prevent disease, and make a meaningful impact on people who otherwise may go without care. It’s a chance to use our skills to truly change lives.

The cost of participating is significant, with an estimated $6,000 per person. I am currently seeking donations to help make this mission possible. Any amount—big or small—will go directly toward travel expenses, supplies, and patient care.

Our newest assistant, Emma, was just awarded the Core Value Champion of the Month Award. Emma shows our core value, "Keep it Flossy" because she has built good relationships with the team. She is willing to learn. Emma comes with a positive attitude and makes work fun!
