Dear Patients of Pinecreek Dental,

We regret to inform you that Pinecreek Dental has permanently closed its doors as of June 6, 2023. Our staff will continue to work Monday-Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. to answer questions & transfer all dental records to your new provider through June 29th. However, we will not be seeing patients for treatment or preventative care.
Please call our office at 208-756-2899 with any questions.

We wish you & your family well, and appreciate your patience with this sudden closure.
