Our offices will have modified hours Wednesday, September 2, while our team takes time for staff training!
Salem + Albany will be closed 8am to 2pm and Corvallis office will be closed all day!

Patients of record can still reach us through our answering service. Our specialized team will be monitoring messages and reaching back out to patients as needed.
