Tuesday 9/8 - Open at 8 AM

As most of you know the dental insurance changed for all Ste. Gen school employees and retirees.

The cards were sent out digitally via email about a month ago. The new insurance carrier is Anthem Dental. We are an in network provider for this insurance.

In order for us to prepare for upcoming appointments for you and your family we will need the ID # off the cards to pull the information.

Here is an example of what the Id # would look like = 123A45678.

Please call us at your earliest convenience with this information. Having this ahead of time will, also, help if any issues have accrued during the onboarding process and help us correct it.

Our office will be closed clinically next week while we do some maintenance to our system and our Team gets some much deserved rest from the busy summer.

We will still be available via phone as follows below. We ask you utilize our messaging system instead of reaching out to our Team directly as they will not have remote access available due to the maintenance being performed.

Monday 8/3 - Phone coverage only 8 to 12

Tuesday 8/4 - ER line only being checked

Wednesday 8/5- Our internet and server will be down preventing us from being able to check our system remotely so we will not be able to field calls today

Thursday 8/6- ER line will be checked in the AM

Friday- Sunday (8/7 - 8/9) - Closed

We will reopen Monday 8/10 at 8 AM with normal business hours.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we look forward to seeing you when we return.

Happy 10 year work anniversary to our office manager Jenny and dental assistant Ashley 🎉🦷

For the past decade, they’ve worked hard to care for our patients and help make our office a welcoming place every day.

We are aware of the change from Delta Dental to Anthem for the Ste Genevieve School District.

The great news is we ARE an in network provider for this insurance when the change occurs 7/1!

However, we will need a little help from you.

Prior to your appointment if you could reach out to us with the new ID number off the card, it will help us access and update the information for appointment and answer any questions you may have.

In order for us to better prepare for your appointment and inform you of any issues with your coverage…

We kindly ask that you call ahead of your appointment and give us any changes to your coverage. This would include any UHC Medicare policy switches, additions to your current coverage or if coverage has been dropped and not being replaced.

The Insurance side is ever changing and we want to be as prepared as possible to answer your questions concerning your coverage.
