Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping others? Join our team and be the welcoming face of our dental office!

Position: Dental Receptionist
Location: St Robert Family Dental
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

What You’ll Do:
• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Manage patient records and insurance information
• Handle billing, payments, and basic office administration
• Support the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in dental or medical office (preferred, not required)
• Familiarity with scheduling software and insurance processing is a plus
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
