Dr. Langston and Dr. Tesmer are thrilled to welcome Dr. Janelle Aguirre to the Contemporary Periodontics & Implant Dentistry family!
Dr. Aguirre is a dental implant specialist recognized for her clinical precision and patient-centered care. She began her dental journey as a hygienist and later earned her D.M.D. from the University of Florida, where she also completed a prestigious residency in Periodontics, serving as chief resident and publishing award-winning implant research.
With advanced training in periodontal therapy, bone and soft tissue regeneration, dental implants, and IV sedation, Dr. Aguirre is dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based care with an emphasis on comfort, trust, and long-term success.
Outside of the office, she enjoys life in St. Pete with her husband (a fellow dental specialist), their two rescue pups, and stays active playing pickleball and cheering on the Gators! 🐊🐾

Because of the friendly and caring approach they make their patients, at least me, feel as if they are part of the “family.” That goes a long way toward easing any anxiety one may feel. I wouldn’t go anywhere else should the need for another implant arise. Thank you Dr. Langston and your entire staff! This assessment is as true today as the day a few years ago that I wrote it. Even more so today in light of unexpected problems caused by Hurricane Helene. They managed to quickly provide me an appointment for a serious dental problem before the office was being closed to repair storm related damage. Again, thank you to the entire organization."
