Did you know a tongue tie could be affecting your child’s speech?

In this case, a patient was struggling with tongue mobility due to a tongue tie. Using our CO2 laser, we were able to perform a quick in-office release with local anesthesia, minimal discomfort, and a fast recovery.

The result? Improved tongue movement, better elevation, and a noticeable difference in speech. Combined with speech therapy, the impact was life-changing for both the patient and their family. 💙

Fun fact about me: before marathons, I could barely run a mile 😅

I picked up running during COVID as a way to stay active and clear my mind, and somehow it turned into one of my biggest passions. Since then, I’ve completed 5Ks, 10Ks, and even full marathons in New York and Chicago.

Running constantly reminds me that growth takes time, consistency, and a willingness to keep going even when things feel tough — something I try to bring into my life and my work every day. 🏃‍♂️🦷

‼️Sleeping with a bottle can destroy a toddler’s teeth faster than most parents realize‼️

These before & after photos are the same 3-year-old patient. Overnight milk exposure + thin pediatric enamel led to severe early childhood cavities in just a short amount of time.

The good news? We were able to fully restore this smile with zirconia crowns and pediatric dental treatment.
