We're all doing our best. And sometimes that looks like a sigh at the mirror or an offhand comment while getting dressed. The kind you don't even think twice about.
But your kids are picking all of it up.

When they hear you say something appreciative about your body — even something small — they're taking notes on that too.
You don't have to love everything.
You just have to let them see you trying.
