Your love for life, contagious laugh, and genuine care for others are things we truly cherish. Yesterday was the AAO’s Orthodontic Staff Appreciation Day, and we decided to celebrate our amazing team today! We genuinely feel blessed to have such incredible individuals with us. Dr. Noyce and Melanie frequently attend meetings across the country, where the challenges of finding and keeping great staff are hot topics. Thankfully, that's not our struggle. We have a group of loyal, caring, and capable people who choose to be part of our family every single day. When we say we’re a family practice, we mean it wholeheartedly.

A huge thank you to Sarah, Amber, Dixie, Danyelle, Brenda, Brooke, Haley, Macie, Taylor, Melissa, Sami, Ally, Rubi, and Kellie! We love you all and truly appreciate everything you do for our practice and our patients.

Today, some of our Noyce Ortho team had the privilege of tackling the Murph workout at BFit CrossFit. This experience was about more than just breaking a sweat; it was a powerful way to honor something much bigger than ourselves—a small way to sacrifice. We even had some of Dr. Noyce’s kids join us!

We’re incredibly grateful to BFit Crossfit for allowing us to sponsor post-workout snacks in support of
Embracing Our Warriors, a nonprofit that Dr. Noyce is proud to partner with. If you know any disabled veterans in need, ask us how to apply! They could receive free orthodontic treatment for themselves or their children. We don’t gain anything from this initiative except the joy of being able to help provide the confidence found in a smile.

As a proud veteran, Dr. Noyce feels honored to play a small role in such a meaningful cause.
