Last week we celebrated an incredible milestone—Sarah's 20-year work anniversary! In a world where loyalty is a dying trait, we feel truly blessed to have her! 🎉

For the past 20 years, Sarah has been one of the steady, dependable faces behind our practice, and it's hard to imagine Noyce Orthodontics without her.

Insurance, patient accounts, answering emergency calls, jumping into a clinical chair when we're short-staffed...if something needs to be done, Sarah is there. She also refers SO many people to our practice and is always looking for ways to make us better, bringing new ideas and sharing best practices along the way.

No matter what the day brings, Sarah rolls with the punches, laughs wholeheartedly, and keeps the best interests of our practice at the heart of everything she does.

Sarah, thank you for 20 years of loyalty, dedication, and hard work. We are incredibly grateful for all you do and so thankful you're part of our Noyce Orthodontics family. Congratulations on an amazing 20 years! 💙💚

Yesterday, we celebrated BIG birthday for our amazing assistant, Ally—she hit the BIG 2-1! Even though she’s been with us for less than a year, she’s already brought so much brightness and joy to our practice. We all truly adore her big smile and warm personality. Her passion for her dog and her fabulous shoe collection is something special! Literally…so. Many. shoes! 😂

Dr. Noyce was thrilled to have his Dad and Bonus Mom make the journey from Washington to visit the office! It truly meant a lot when his Bonus Mom chose to start her treatment with us. Now that's what you call a long-distance patient! 🤣 There's something so special about having a genuine family practice.
