Does your child get frequent canker sores? We did an experiment. Our child has been gluten free for almost 8 weeks. He has had maybe two canker sores in that time, as compared to getting them every week. If you want to try a more simple option first, You can switch your toothpaste to one that is SLS-free , like HELLO toothpaste. SLS can cause canker sores. We hope this helps you.
