We made that text small on purpose and you went looking for it anyway. For the record, that's roughly the same amount of effort it takes to book an appointment.

There's a wall behind her covered in our goals and our core values, and yes, we actually talk about those too. But somewhere along the way we figured out that a team that laughs together on a Thursday morning is a team that shows up for each other when it counts.

That's the part patients never see. The check ins between appointments. The person who notices someone's having a rough day and quietly takes something off their plate. A whole group of people who genuinely like being in the same room.

Back to school season isn't just for the kids. 📚
