So, what is a panoramic X-ray? 🦷

A panoramic X-ray gives your dentist a wide view of your entire mouth in one image, including your teeth, upper and lower jaw, and surrounding structures.

It can help us see things that aren’t always visible during a regular dental exam, such as impacted teeth, developing teeth, bone structure, and other areas we may want to take a closer look at.

How often do you need one?
Panoramic X-rays are typically taken every 1–2 years, depending on your individual needs, dental history, and insurance coverage.

And the best part? It’s quick and easy!
You’ll simply stand or sit still while the machine rotates around your head to capture the image. The process only takes a few minutes and is completely painless.

Basically, it gives us the big picture of your oral health. 🦷✨
