🪥 Are You Brushing Your Teeth the Right Way?
Most people aren’t! Here’s a quick refresher to protect your smile:

✨ Use a soft-bristled toothbrush
✨ Brush for 2 full minutes — set a timer!
✨ Use gentle, circular motions — not back-and-forth scrubbing
✨ Don’t forget your tongue!

Brushing correctly is just as important as brushing consistently. Improper technique can lead to enamel wear, cavities, and gum issues.

💡 Pro tip: Replace your toothbrush every 3 months — or sooner if the bristles are frayed!

Want us to check your brushing technique at your next visit? We’d love to help. 💙
