⚠️Watch for these early sleep apnea warning signs:

😴 Loud snoring. Not the occasional kind. The nightly, wake-the-house kind. It can mean your airway is collapsing while you sleep.
🤕 Morning headaches. Waking up with a dull headache often means your brain wasn't getting enough oxygen overnight.
