Over the past several weeks, we’ve sensed an increase in anxiety—not only among parents, but throughout our own team and the pediatric dental community. Recent events have deeply affected many people, and we completely understand why families may have more questions or feel uncertain about their child’s dental care.

If you’re feeling anxious, you’re not alone.

One of the greatest responsibilities we have as pediatric dental providers is earning your trust. That means taking the time to listen, answer your questions, discuss all appropriate treatment options, and create an individualized plan that is right for your child.

No two children are the same, and there is rarely a one-size-fits-all answer. Every treatment recommendation is based on your child’s unique needs, medical history, behavior, and comfort level. We believe parents should be active participants in those conversations, and we welcome your questions every step of the way.

Let go of the digital noise and professional pressures. Be present. Protect your peace. The things that matter most are the ones waiting for you at home.

Release the stressors beyond your control. Choose kindness over anger. Don’t allow the minutiae to rob you of being present. Your children and loved ones are only this young right now…tomorrow they will be a little bit older. ✨

Due to possible inclement weather we will be closed tomorrow 01/09/2025 and are monitoring the weather for Friday 01/10/2025. Saginaw Kids Dentistry follows EMS ISD school closures and if the schools close or we feel travel will be possibly unsafe we will post closures for Friday 01/10/2025 as well. We hope you all stay safe and warm with your families!❄️ (Fingers crossed for enough snow to roll some snowmen and make snow angels 🤞🏽🤞🏽 Some of these young native Texans have not had the experience…we know our little men 👦🏻👦🏻 haven’t checked that off their list yet!)
