Dr Yee has been recommending mouth/lip taping to many patients recently. There are many options (cheap and $$$) out there. We like the affordable micropore paper tape. Get it in the office, pharmacy, or online. Also, check out Breathe and Close Your Mouth for more info.

Mouth Tapers claim it:
-Reduces snoring: forcing nasal breathing can minimize the vibrations causing snoring
-Improves sleep quality: Nasal breathing is believed to promote deeper, more restful sleep
