We want to extend a warm greeting to our practice families and friends! Our hope and prayer has been that each of you and your family members have remained safe and secure these past several weeks.
Many of you that we have heard from directly have voiced gratitude for concentrated family times. Some of you sadly have seen loved ones near and far away lost during the Corona Crisis. To you we extend our heartfelt sympathy.
On everyone’s mind has been the question “when will all of us be allowed to resume normal activity?” While none of us knows what that timeline looks like, the Louisiana Department of Health along with the Louisiana State Board of Dentistry issued guidelines recently allowing dental offices to resume caring for patients on a limited basis. These guidelines allowed time sensitive procedures as well as emergency care. Even though the Governor extended the Shelter in Place (or stay at home) order until May 15, dental offices had already been granted this provision beginning April 27, 2020.
Our staff has been diligently planning for our limited reopening this Monday, May 4, 2020. Some procedures falling within the guidelines we will be able to provide. Others will by necessity be delayed. Our commitment is to the safety of our practice family and friends along with our staff.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call (318-251-9600) or email ([email protected] or [email protected]).
Thanks again for your patience and understanding. May God bless you and your families as we weather what hopefully is the closing chapters of this historical moment. We look forward to seeing each of you soon!
