We are now accepting new and used toy donations at our office! The new toys will be for Toys for Tots and all used toys will be donated to Rural Retreat United Methodist Church Toy Drive! All donations stay local!

Congratulations!!

First and foremost, ALL Glory to God! It’s Never been or will Never be about awards or recognition. It’s about a God who loves and cares for ALL of his children and commands us to love and care for them as HE does. It’s about the children and families who receive the help they need to begin writing a different story, each of them important and precious to God. It’s about organizations like Careportal who recognized the power of companies, agencies, churches, businesses, and individuals coming together to form a powerful community focused on loving and caring for the most vulnerable. It’s about churches and communities stepping up and partnering with CarePortal and other agencies to not only provide for needs, but to show them God’s love in action. And finally, it’s about the people who say YES to God and who fulfill CarePortal efforts through coordination, service, financial support, donations, connecting with and supporting families, and through prayers.

This award represents ALL of these things. It represents a God who ALWAYS provides as needs are identified. It represents an area coordinator, Brandy Crystal Page, who advocates for these families and coordinates these efforts for our region. It represents a church that said YES to God and two humble servants of God, Barbara Rudolph and Nate Montgomery, who coordinate these efforts and so much more for our church and these needs. And finally, it represents a congregation, Rural Retreat United Methodist , and the Rural Retreat community that never ceases to amaze me in how they love and serve God and their neighbors. It was humbling to accept this award on behalf of ALL of this. We are blessed to get to be in ministry with all of you and love you dearly! To God be the glory, great things HE has done!

Our team traveled to beautiful Charleston, SC for continuing education at the Wild Dunes resort. The classes included OSHA, HIPAA, and exciting ways to combat dental caries. It was an awesome team building experience!

Our dental practice is looking for a dental assistant to be part of our team!!

We are looking for a full-time assistant who is passionate about their job, motivated, can multitask, and can communicate well with others. XRay certification and dental experience is preferred, but not required. Eaglesoft Dental knowledge is a plus!

The position is 4 days a week, no weekends! Salary is negotiable and based on experience and knowledge. Health insurance and additional benefits available.
