Person Family Medical & Dental Center offers Medical, Behavioral Health, Pediatrics, and Dental services with convenient hours Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The center has Certified Application and SHIP Counselors available onsite to assist the uninsured and Medicare recipients with their insurance. This is a free service offered to the community. representative onsite to collect labs

regardless of who your primary care provider or doctor's office is. You may also pay your LabCorp. Notice to our patients: This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals. 💕🍼 Celebrating Two Sweet Moms-To-Be at Person Family Medical Center, Inc 🍼💕

On Thursday, May 21, 2026, the conference room at Person Family Medical Center, Inc was filled with love, laughter, excitement, and beautiful memories as we celebrated two very special moms-to-be Kaitlyn Lytle, PA-C and Garrison Perkins, Grant Manager/Project Coordinator/Risk Management. 💗💙

This heartfelt baby shower was thoughtfully hosted by Jennifer Gilbert , FNP-C, Bailey Chambers , Care Manager, RN, and Crystal Crystal Mae Walker from our Behavioral Health Front Desk team, who went above and beyond to make the day truly unforgettable. From the moment you walked into the room, you could feel the warmth and joy. The decorations were absolutely beautiful and perfectly captured the excitement of welcoming two precious little bundles of joy into the PFMC family. ✨🎀

Staff gathered together to celebrate, laugh, and shower Kaitlyn and Garrison with love and support as they prepare for this exciting new chapter in their lives. Attendees enjoyed delicious pizza, fresh fruit, and sweet cupcakes while sharing smiles, stories, and special moments together. 🍕🧁🍓

But the most meaningful part of the celebration was watching Kaitlyn and Garrison open each gift with such genuine joy, gratitude, and excitement. Seeing the love shown by their PFMC family was truly heartwarming and a reminder that at Person Family Medical Center, Inc, we are more than coworkers we are family.❤️
