The Rox Dental crew hit the game to cheer on the Durham Bulls… and let’s just say, we brought the energy (and maybe ate our weight in ballpark snacks) 🌭😂

We’re always looking for ways to grow as a team, and recently a few of our staff members had the opportunity to take a Strength-Based Mindset professional development course with Reminisce, A Seasonal Marketplace, taught by Brie Sanders.

This class gave us a deeper understanding of our individual strengths and the unique value each person brings to our team. It was such a positive and eye-opening experience, and we’ve already seen how it’s making a difference in how we work together and support one another. After seeing the impact, we’re already looking into options with Brie to bring this experience to our full staff.

We would highly recommend these professional development classes—investing in your team is always worth it 🤍
