Last Friday, our team at Rox Dental Studio completed CPR training as part of our ongoing commitment to patient safety and emergency preparedness. ❤️

While we hope these skills are never needed, CPR training is an important part of ensuring our team is prepared to respond quickly and confidently in the event of an emergency. Continuing education and regular training help us provide the highest level of care for our patients and community.

We are proud of our team for taking the time to refresh these life-saving skills and remain dedicated to creating a safe environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

A special thank you to Ron for leading the class and helping our team stay knowledgeable, prepared, and CPR certified! 😀

Yesterday’s “Bite Size Training” focused on insurance breakdowns, coverage limitations, and helping our team better educate patients on their dental benefits! 🦷✨

Dental insurance can be confusing, and many plans have limitations, waiting periods, frequency restrictions, and yearly maximums that can affect coverage. While we always do our best to provide accurate estimates, insurance coverage is never a guarantee of payment. 🧐

Our goal is to help patients better understand their benefits so there are no surprises and so you can make informed decisions about your dental care. We’re always learning and growing to better serve our patients at Rox Dental Studio! 💙
