We're Hiring – Full-Time Dental Assistant!

We're looking for a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team!

We're searching for someone who is kind, dependable, positive, and truly enjoys helping people. We can teach skills, but we can't teach a caring heart, a great attitude, or reliability—and those qualities mean everything to us.

We believe the best patient care starts with a team that genuinely enjoys working together. We support one another, help each other when things get busy, and truly care about our patients and our coworkers.

🕒 Schedule:
• Tuesday: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1–2 Saturdays per month: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM (depending on the month)

✨ Competitive pay based on experience
✨ Paid holidays & PTO
✨ Retirement plan eligibility
✨ Paid CE (including hourly pay while attending)
✨ Paid scrubs & in-house laundry service
✨ $1,000 annual dental benefit

Our team attended the Chicago Midwinter Meeting at McCormick Place — and what an incredible experience it was!

We spent three full days diving into the latest in dental technology, infection control, preventive dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, restorative treatments, and comprehensive patient care. Continuing education is so important to us because it allows us to stay current, grow professionally, and continue providing high-quality, modern dental care to our community.

We’re truly grateful for opportunities like this that help us strengthen our skills and remain at the forefront of oral health and advanced dentistry. Our patients deserve the very best and we’re committed to delivering it every day.
