We are a small private practice looking for help upfront. This position will include answering the phone, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and accounts receivable.

Since reopening we have been working very hard to safely see patients again! We feel honored and thankful to have our patients here in the office. We invested in a new air system. It captures any potential pathogens like covid-19 from a local source (patient). This is a video demonstration of one of our many newly added precautions.

Confirming appointments is now more important than ever. This is a tool we use to speak with each and every patient about their current condition and individual needs. Communication between dentist and patient has never been a more crucial element to ensure the appointment runs smoothly and health and safety is maintained.

We have been closely paying attention to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Here are just a few new precautions we are taking.

* Screening every patient a week before their appointment, then once again the day of.

* Taking every patient's temperature day of appointment

* Increasing staff

* Scheduling less patients

* Dedicating more time throughout the day to ensure disinfection of our whole dental practice.
