What we say before a visit really matters 🤍

Before a visit, skip phrases like “don’t be scared” or “it won’t hurt.” Even with the best intentions, it can make kids wonder if there’s something to be nervous about.

Keeping it simple; something like “they’re going to count your teeth and do a check-up” goes a long way
