Shoutout to our amazing RDA manager and our official momager 🤍 The one who keeps the office running smoothly, always has the answers and solutions, and somehow stays on her happy side no matter what the day brings. She brings the best vibes to the office and is incredible with our patients, building genuine relationships with them over the years that make them feel comfortable and cared for every visit.

For almost 10 years, she’s been a huge part of our team and the heart of our office. We’re so lucky to have someone who leads with positivity, experience, and so much care for everyone around her.

Fun fact: if she’s not solving problems, she’s probably listening to country music or hanging out with her cats 🐱🤠

Today we celebrate someone who truly makes a difference every single day Dr. Mike!
Dr. Mike is simply amazing. His kindness, compassion, and dedication to his patients are felt in every appointment. He truly puts his patients first, always taking the time to make sure they feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.
Not only is he incredible with people, but he is also a master of his craft. His attention to detail, skill, and commitment to excellence in dentistry are what make him so trusted by both patients and the team.
And beyond being a great dentist, he is an amazing boss who leads with respect, support, and appreciation for everyone around him.

Nayeli does it ALL front office, back office, wherever she’s needed. Her versatility and willingness to jump in make her such a valuable part of our team. She keeps the flow going and supports everyone with such ease.
She is always smiling, always sweet, and brings the BEST energy into the office every single day. And let’s be honest… she is so funny! 😂 Her personality lights up the room and she truly vibes with everyone on the team.

Beyond her strong work ethic, Daniela has such a caring heart. She genuinely looks after our patients, making sure they feel comfortable, heard, and well taken care of during every visit.
And if there’s ever a moment when someone needs help? Daniela is one of the first to step in. Her willingness to support her teammates and go the extra mile does not go unnoticed.

Today we are celebrating our amazing RDA Sandra, who has been part of the Waikiki family since 2022! 💙
Sandra truly masters her skills in everything she does. Her attention to detail, confidence chairside, and dedication to doing things the right way make her such a strong and reliable part of our team. She takes pride in her work and it shows in every patient she cares for.
One of Sandra’s greatest strengths is her flexibility. She is always willing to step in, help wherever needed, and support the team without hesitation. That kind of team player is priceless in a busy office! And on top of all that she is always so kind and sweet. Her kindness and positive energy create such a welcoming environment for both our patients and our team.

This week we are shining the spotlight on our amazing Dental Assistant, Katelyn! 🦷✨
Katelyn has been part of the Waikiki family since 2021, and she has been such a bright light on our team ever since. Her sweet and gentle approach makes every patient feel comfortable and cared for especially those who may be a little nervous in the chair.
She has a natural way of making people feel at ease, and her calm presence truly makes a difference in every appointment.
And let’s not forget… she is hands down the funniest girl on the team! 😂 Whether she’s keeping us laughing during a busy day or lifting everyone’s spirits, Katelyn brings so much joy to our office.
