Screw-retained single implant restoration - the cases that look the simplest are often the ones with the least room for error.

What we focus on at the bench: emergence coming out of the fixture, a gingival contour that reads like the adjacent teeth, and screw access placement that the restorative doctor can actually work with at delivery. When those three things line up, the final result tends to take care of itself.
