Hello to our family, friends, and wonderful patients!
We have a few updates to pass along 🤗

1) our Ronan office will be closed next week for remodeling, but you can still call the office for any questions/emergencies! Our St. Ignatius office will remain open during this time.

2) We will continue to provide the safest care possible by continuing these measures:
* please call to reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well, or have been in close contact with a known positive Covid case
* please wait in your vehicle until your appointment time, if possible, and limit the number of people who accompany you
* upon entering the building we will take your temperature and ask you to wash your hands
* if you can wear a mask, great! But you will not be turned away if you are unable to wear one.

We sincerely hope and pray this message finds everyone in good health and good spirits. Go get some sunshine and do something nice for someone today, even if it’s just passing on a smile 🥰🇺🇸🙏🏻

Dear Patients,

We sincerely hope this message finds you and your loved ones in good health. We are as anxious as all of you to get back to a normal routine and doing what we love most; taking care of you! We know the last few months have been filled with uncertainty and doubt. With that in mind, we would like to tell you exactly how we intend to keep you safe when you come to visit us.
Infection control has always been a top priority and a strict necessity in our office. You may have seen examples of this in the past: staff cleaning rooms after a patient has left, new tools used for each patient, etc. The basics of our infection control procedures will remain the same but we will be taking extra precautions to ensure we are doing everything we can to minimize the risks to all.
In accordance with the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) these will be our new procedures/expectations.

● Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.

● When arriving at the office please stay in your vehicle and call the office to alert us you
have arrived. We will let you know when it is your time to enter.

● The patient will be the only one allowed in the office, unless accompanying a minor. We
will limit the number of patients in the waiting area. Therefore, we ask that everyone else wait in their vehicle.

● We will ask you to wash your hands when you enter the office. You will also find hand sanitizer in other places in the office for you to use as needed.

● You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys and so
forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.

● Appointments will be scheduled to allow for social distancing and disinfecting between
patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your
appointment.

Please feel free to call us with any questions or concerns you may have (406) 676-7600. We are looking forward to seeing you starting Monday, May 18th!

To All Our Wonderful Patients:First and foremost, WE MISS YOU and hope that you are staying healthy and in good spirits!...

To All Our Wonderful Patients:

First and foremost, WE MISS YOU and hope that you are staying healthy and in good spirits!

We want to remind you that with the new ‘Shelter in Place’ directive from Governor Bullock, our office remains open (with some staffing changes to remain in compliance) to treat dental emergencies. In the event that you have pain and/or swelling, please note our updated hours and phone numbers listed in order to seek care. We are asking that you avoid the hospital and ER for dental pain if at all possible. This effort will help reduce patient load and reduce traffic through these critical facilities.

*If you stop by the clinic during staffed hours, please remember to follow these precautions:

1) please call the office when you arrive
2) upon entering, please wash your hands
3) please arrive alone if possible
4) please let us know about fever, cough, difficulty breathing, recent travel, positive COVID-19 diagnosis, or potential contact with confirmed COVID-19 persons.

Please know that none of the above info will be used in any way to create a negative stigma!! We want to be sure we are caring for you and our staff by continuing to take proper precautions.

*If you experience a dental emergency outside of open clinic hours, see the phone numbers listed and please call!

We care about you and SO appreciate your understanding and continued effort in doing your part to stay home and slow the spread ❤️

Love to you all,

Dr. Aimee, Dr. Amber, and our amazing STAFF

Kudos to everyone for all their hard work and for those who are doing their part to slow this down!! We’re thankful for the sunshine and beautiful day we all got to wake up to ❤️

Happy sunshine-y Thursday, Lake County!
As of this morning, Lake County is still at ZERO lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 in a Lake County resident. Not even we can believe it! Our bordering counties are certainly closing in on us.
Lake Co. providers have submitted 104 specimens for testing. 91 have come back negative and 13 remain pending at this time.
The Montana Public Health Lab (MTPHL) has run 2,193 tests as of yesterday.
Montana is currently reporting 71 cases.
We anticipate getting that first lab confirmed case any day. When that time comes, you will certainly hear it from us. We are asking in advance that everyone remain calm and continue doing all of the great things you are already doing. Continue to be vigilant about staying home and concerned with your own self protection.
Lake County and CSKT Tribal Health will conduct contact tracing as positives begin to roll in. Please do not contact the health department thinking that you may have been exposed, if you are named as a CLOSE contact, we will be reaching out to you.
For the sake of our healthcare providers, please, if you are not feeling ill enough to NEED medical attention, PLEASE STAY HOME. Again, there is no specific treatment for COVID-19 so the recommendation to avoid contact with others is the same whether you test positive or not. We have no doubt that COVID-19 is in Lake County, we just have yet to get that lab confirmed case.
If you feel awful enough that you feel you need to be tested, please contact your healthcare provider before presenting to the hospital or clinic so that they can give you further instruction on their testing protocol.
Enjoy the beauty of our Mission Valley (by yourself ;-) ) today!
Stay well.

To our valued patients:

Today the American Dental Association (ADA), has issued recommendations for dental offices regarding COVID-19.

The ADA recommends the following measures for a three week period beginning Tuesday, March 17:

*Treat only patients requiring EMERGENCY dental procedures
*Postpone routine or elective dental treatment and procedures
*Preserve personal protective equipment (PPE) for emergency dental situations

The health and safety of our patients and our team is our highest priority! Therefore, both of our dental offices will be following the ADA's recommendations. All non-emergency appointments will be rescheduled and we will ONLY be treating emergency patients.

One of our team members will be available at both offices during working business hours for phone calls and contact information will be provided for non-business hours, in case of an emergency. We will be re-evaluating the ADA's recommendations on a week by week basis, and hopefully be up and running as soon as we can!

Thank you for your understanding!
