Ten years in one place has a way of becoming so much more than just time…it really becomes part of your life.

I started at RCO working in records, never really knowing how much this office would end up shaping me over the years. Since then, I’ve been fortunate to grow into the role of office manager.

I’m grateful to Dr. Cox for believing in me, investing in me, and trusting me through every season of growth!!

I’m also very thankful for the team I get to work with every day. This office runs because of the people in it, and I’m fortunate to work alongside a group that cares about each other and about what we do for our patients.

And to our patients and families, thank you for trusting Ryan Cox Orthodontics with your care. That trust is something we don’t take lightly, and it’s what makes the work we do here so meaningful.

Ten years later, I still find myself thankful to walk through these doors every day. This place has given me so much more than a job, it’s given me growth, relationships, and a second home. 💙💚

Five years with Esme calls for a little celebration, because honestly, she’s one of those team members who makes the day better just by being here.
Esme keeps us laughing constantly, you never quite know if she’s 100% serious or about to turn something into a joke. And just when you think she’s focused, there’s a very real chance she’ll break into a song in about 2.5 seconds flat.

Beyond the laughter and energy she brings to the office, she’s also an amazing mom to the cutest little baby girl.

We’re grateful for the last five years with her and all the personality, joy, and light she adds to our team every single day. Happy Work Aversary Esme!!
