It was quite a week. Phones, computers, and TVs are in. Had to have the FERPIC (Future Employee(s) of Rolla Periodontics and Implant Center) test the phone systems. We have an AMAZING staff, but this one might be my favorite. It's like Christmas eve and Thanksgiving eve together for us! We hope to call patients to schedule next week!!!!!!

Big thank you to Focus Welding and Fabrication! This two piece sign looks awesome and is going to look amazing when mounted. They went out of their way to get custom powder coat colors ordered and it matches so perfectly it's hard to tell it's two pieces!!! Thank you 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲

Our neighbors across I-44 have been hard at work this year, as well! From what we've heard there will be some dental chairs and a dental clinic there. We've had several inquiries about seeing VA patients -- of course. Those eligible for VA dental care can be referred to us through the VA Community Care network. We love America and while I am no longer on Active Duty, this is a way to continue supporting! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

The AAP is on it! AND --

At Rolla Periodontics and Implant Center, we can’t comment on the specifics of Kelly’s gum graft because… HIPAA. And honestly, we weren’t there, so we don’t know exactly what happened! 😉

What we can say is that with any surgery—even cosmetic or elective procedures—some discomfort is expected.

And ironically, most patients find the hardest part isn’t the surgery… it’s following those pesky post-op instructions.

“Don’t chew there.”
“Don’t brush there."
“DON’T PICK AT IT!”

But seriously, those instructions are a huge part of getting a great result.
