Will the real Dr. Smith and Dr. Davis please stand up? 👀😂
The whole team went full method actor for Boss’s Day. Outfits? Check. Mannerisms? Locked in. Zero details left behind. 🤣
Happy Boss’s Day to the OG, thanks for giving us so much material (and so many reasons to smile). 💙
Who nailed it hardest? 👇

From California sunshine to Arkansas smiles, Jillian has been bringing the fun and high energy to Smith & Davis Orthodontics for five whole years! ☀️✈️💕
She is always planning her next big adventure, fueled entirely by iced coffee and a steady stream of DoorDash deliveries. Her adventurous spirit and warm personality make our office a brighter place for both our patients and our team every single day. ☕🍔📦

15 YEARS OF CAROL 🎉
Carol is one of the most reliable, kind, and caring pillars of Smith & Davis Orthodontics. 🌻💙
She helps create a welcoming space in our office where every single patient feels right at home from the moment they walk through the door. When she is not making sure our office runs smoothly, you will find her out on the farm or tending to her garden, because growing good things just comes naturally to her. 🌱🐓
Carol, 15 years is an incredible milestone. Thank you for everything you have poured into our practice, our team, and our community. We would be lost without you!
Help us celebrate Carol’s massive milestone by dropping a 🌻 or a 🌱 in the comments below!
