Here is a sneak peak into the Practice Management Course that Dr. Richard teaches at the UNC Adams School of Dentistry for 4th year dental students! Recently, he shared insight on building a team to offer the best care possible. This team includes your general dentist, dental specialists, and most importantly YOU! You may see some familiar faces on the slide, including
Dr. Tedder (endodontist), Dr. Barringer (oral surgeon), and Dr. Kim (periodontist). We have the pleasure of teaming up with all of them to best serve you. Dr. Richard recently helped teach a session with Dr. Travis Nixon! Dr. Richard shared how our practice conducts the initial appointment and evaluation that a new patient experiences upon arrival. A big shoutout to Sophia (pictured in the first slide) for volunteering as our patient! Thank you for sharing your story with us! Dr. Nixon informed current dental students on financial practices and advice they can use now and post-graduation!

Here is a look into our recent visit to the UNC Adams School of Dentistry. Dr. Amy and Dr. Charlotte Hunt met with the AAWD Student Chapter (American Association of Women Dentists) to tell their story, share insight on a recent case, and to speak about being a woman in dentistry! Sharing knowledge and experiences generously is what we love to do. We are hopeful of the community that women in dentistry is bringing to our field. Thank you for having us! 📚🦷👭🏻
