To get a Maryland DENTAL RADIATION TECHNOLOGIST license you have to complete a Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners-approved dental radiology course and pass the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiation Health and Safety (RHS®) exam. After completing the course and passing the exam, you must apply to the Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners to officially earn your Dental Radiation Technologist certificate.
