4 MINUTES. ONE IMPLANT. 🦷⏱️

Got my implant placed today by Dr. G at State Of The Art Dental Group — under 4 minutes.

That’s what experience looks like. The procedure I had built up in my head was over before I knew it. 🙌🏼

Fast doesn’t mean rushed. It means skill, precision, and years of experience.

Thank you, Dr. G! 🦷✨

They told him he wasn’t a good candidate for dental implants.

He had been wearing a partial denture since he was just 12 years old—and by the time he came to us, his case required far more than simply placing implants.

Dr. Kavish Gurjar performed a complex ridge augmentation and bone reconstruction procedure to rebuild the foundation needed for implant treatment. After approximately 8 months of healing, the implants were successfully placed.

✨ This video was taken 10 YEARS later.

A decade later, he is still enjoying his implant-supported prosthesis, maintaining it beautifully, and taking excellent care of his oral health.

Cases like this are a reminder that being told “you’re not a candidate” doesn’t always mean there are no options. Sometimes, it means the case requires advanced planning, experience, and the right surgical approach.

10 years later—and still smiling strong. 🦷✨

From worn and uneven to refined, balanced, and naturally confident. ✨

This custom smile design was created to complement the patient’s facial features—not overpower them. Every detail, from tooth proportion and contour to shade and symmetry, was carefully planned for a result that looks polished, masculine, and believable.

Because the best cosmetic dentistry shouldn’t look “done.”
It should look like your smile—elevated.

From forgetting his partial… to never having to think about his teeth again. 🙌

For years, he relied on a removable partial that was easy to misplace, uncomfortable to wear, and never truly felt like part of him.

With All-on-X, he now has a fixed, secure smile that stays in place 24/7—so he can eat, laugh, smile, and live with confidence without worrying about taking his teeth in and out.

This isn’t just a smile makeover.
