Rockville Smiles Offering pediatric dentistry & orthodontic services for children, teens, & adults including oral & I Welcome to Rockville Smiles!

We serve Roseville and the surrounding communities. We provide a full range of preventive and restorative services and include oral health instruction to help ensure good and long-lasting dental health. We put a great deal of emphasis on making sure your family is comfortable while they are in our care. For those children who have a natural fear of dental procedures or are unusually anxious, oral sedation is available. We also work with anesthesiologists to provide intravenous sedation when appropriate. We accept most insurances and MediCal, and are happy to add new patients to our growing family. Is it time for a new toothbrush?🪥 ✨

The American Dental Association recommends replacing your child's toothbrush every 3–4 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed or worn. Don't forget to swap it out after an illness if needed, too!

Most children need help or supervision with brushing until around ages 7–8, but every child develops at their own pace!
A helpful rule of thumb? If your child can tie their own shoes, they may be developing the coordination needed to brush independently. Even then, it's important to check that they're brushing thoroughly for two full minutes, twice a day!
