Some people leave a job when they retire. Others leave behind a legacy. 💜🦷Michelle Hines Foley

After more than three decades in orthodontic laboratory work, we recently celebrated Michelle and her retirement—and there was no better way to do it than by taking a walk down memory lane.

Michelle began her career in 1994, at 32 years old, as an Orthodontic Lab Technician. After years of growing in her profession and working with different teams, she joined Quad City Orthodontics in 2002 and became such an important part of our QCO family.

For more than two decades, the lab was Michelle’s space. She cared for it like it was home, and you could feel her pride the moment you walked through the door. Every detail, every appliance, every finished case reflected the care she put into her work and the people she served.

To celebrate her, we pulled out the old photos, filled the lab with memories, decorated her space, and gathered together for a party to honor an incredible career. 🥂

Michelle, thank you for 32+ years of dedication to orthodontics and 24+ years of making QCO better simply by being here. Your hands may be retiring, but the impression you’ve left on all of us—and the smiles you helped create—will last forever.

Congratulations on your retirement, Michelle. You’ve earned every minute of what comes next. We’ll miss you more than you know. 💜
