Tips for preventing oral cancer: Dont smoke or use any to***co products; avoid using ma*****na; drink alcohol in moderation; eat a well-balanced diet, especially fruits and vegetables containing vitamin A; limit your exposure to the sun since repeated exposure increases the risk of cancer on the lips; and avoid oral s*x because of its link to the HPV virus.

We went to Niagara Falls... both the US and Canadian sides. Both sides have their advantages. On the US side we went to the Cave of the Winds (not to be missed). On the Canadian side we watched fireworks, went on a wine tour @ Niagara on the Lake and rode the boat into the big falls. So much fun.

Keeping our community and team safe and healthy is our number one priority. As we endure a new reality with the COVID-19 virus, we are open but with limited hours. We have asked dental offices to refer ONLY emergency treatment. We will closely monitor information as it is provided. For now, we remain open, limiting exposure to all by asking patients to remain in their car until asked, coordinating appointment times to allow us to clean after each patient (door handles, hard surfaces) and limit each person's exposure to anyone else.
