This wonderful patient was in recently for his routine recall visit with us, and we had the opportunity to revisit this incredible transformation!
Eight months later, he is smiling like never before and his mouth is healthier for it - we are so lucky to have been able to work with him to transform his smile!
This patient presented with significant intrinsic staining, failing restorations, and a collapsed bite. After gingival grafting, Dr. Cohen opened his occlusion using a combination of crowns and resin composite restorations. Custom shaded zirconia crowns, cut back and layered with e.max in the anterior, gave him the esthetics he was looking for. As he said it “I waited 54 years for this!”
